Our Story

Welcome to Gnome Baked Goods! I’m the Head Baker Gnome, Carly. I started perfecting a pie crust recipe in 2016. Several hundred practice runs later, I started taking orders from friends and family for fresh fruit pies. Under the name Boxer Baked Goods, in honor of my canine supervisors, my pies debuted at the Omaha Farmers Market in 2019.

Since then, I've rebranded with a nod to my favorite mystic characters, gnomes. Gnomes enjoy nature, are no nonsense creatures who work hard and love the simple things in life. I share this mentality in my approach to baking - feature the products that nature provides in delicious, simple ways to share with others. We can be found during the summer at the farmer’s market on Saturdays in the Old Market or order from us directly on the Contact page.

All my products are indeed homemade (gnome-made) in Omaha, NE. None of our products are frozen ahead of time guaranteeing the best taste and texture possible.
